PUTIN AWARDED THE ORDER OF HONOUR TO BILLIONER MIKHAIL GUTSERIEV

MOSCOW. President Vladimir Putin singed the decree on awarding the Order of Honour to Mikhail Gutseriev, PJSC “RussNeft” major owner and chairman of its Board of Directors. The relating document was published on the official site of legal information.

Mikhail Gutseriev ranks 20th on 2017 Forbes Ranking of the richest businessmen of Russia – 2017. According to Forbes his fortune is worth USD 6.3 bn.

Gutseriev was awarded “for great contribution into media industry development and longstanding successful activity”.

In particular, according to Forbes, Gutseriev owns eight radio stations, such as Vesna Fm, Vostok FM, Stolitsa KM, Love Radio, Radio Dacha, Taxi FM, Shanson, Govorit Moskva.

Mikhail Gutseriev was born on March 9, 1958 in Akmolinsk, Kazakhstan. He is the major shareholder in industrial and financial group Safmar (the group includes PJSC “RussNeft”, Neftisa, Russian Coal, Slavkaliy, group of banks Binbank, lease group Evroplan, Inteko, A101, Avgur Esteit).

RussNeft's reserves increased by 8,3 million tons in 2023

The growth of reserves of PJSC “RussNeft” by the end of 2023 amounted to 8.3 million tons of oil, which was primarily due to the drilling program at the Tagrinskoye field, according to a press release.
