Mikhail Gutseriev elected as the Chairman of PJSC “RussNeft” Board of Directors
PJSC “RussNeft” Board of Directors elected Mikhail Gutseriev as the Chairman, at its meeting on June 22nd.
The Board agreed to set up the Board’s Auditing Committee with the following members: Sergey Stepashin (the Chairman); Andrey Derekh and Viktor Martynov.
The Board’s Committee for Remunerations and Nominations was composed of the following members: Viktor Martynov (the Chairman); Robert Jacob Alexander Skidelsky and Dmitry Romanov.
PJSC “RussNeft” ranks among the top-10 largest oil companies by crude oil production in Russia.
