PJSC “RussNeft” has completed the first stage of pilot tests of a new gas treatment unit (GTU) in the Saratov region. According to the results of laboratory analysis, the quality of gas complies with the Gazprom 089-2010 company standard.
The construction of the unit at the Vostochno-Rybushansky gathering station became the next stage in the implementation of the Company's gas programme. The GTU is designed to receive up to 80 million cubic metres of gas from the Pogranichny oil and gas condensate field, which is planned to be fed into Gazprom's gas transportation system.
RussNeft's gas reserves are estimated at 151 billion cubic metres. The Company's annual gas production is about 2.4 billion cubic metres.
