Anti-corruption policy is worked out in accordance with the Law of Russian Federation, Corporate Charter and other Company’s internal documents taking into account norms and regulations of International Law.

This Anti-corruption policy is a basic document of RussNeft, which determines the key principles and requirements aimed at preventing corruption and at compliance with the applicable anticorruption laws by the Company, members of their governance bodies, employees, and other parties who may act on behalf of the Company.
