PJSC "RussNeft" and Lomonosov Moscow State University continue to develop a joint educational project - "Higher School of Innovative Business". This year, as part of the 11th stream of the School, undergraduates of the 2020-2022 academic years received diplomas.
In total, over 170 masters have graduated from the School. Highly qualified graduates continue to join the leading oil and gas companies in the Russian Federation.
The corporate university "Higher School of Innovative Business of Moscow State University" was founded in 2006 with the active assistance of RussNeft.
Scientists of Lomonosov Moscow State University worked out special programs of the School and formed its faculty. "RussNeft" took upon itself the organization of the material and technical base of the faculty. The company provides the School with all the necessary equipment and software, and also helps in publishing methodological literature necessary for studying.
The Higher School of Innovative Business was organized, among other things, to create a strategic reserve for RussNeft. The graduates are highly qualified specialists who, after completing the training, are ready to join the management of the corporation.
The main goal of the joint project between the Company and Moscow State University is the development of educational programs for young people. The Higher School of Innovative Business prepares masters of management in the field of natural resource management, as well as rational environmental management, sustainable development of regions and highly urbanized territories.
"RussNeft" pays great attention to young specialists. Every year, the branches of the corporation approve a list of social benefits for future employees.
Young personnel are provided with a special social package. The companies of the holding also provide places for industrial and undergraduate practice for labour jobs.
