RUSSNEFT REDUCED PRODUCTION BY 4% UNDER VIENNA AGREEMENT
PJSC “RussNeft” production has fallen by 4% under the agreement on oil production cut, though the Company is ready to resume its former production any minute, Mikhail Gutseriev said at SPIEF-2017.

RussNeft shares will be included in the FTSE All-World Index, according to FTSE Russell, the provider of that instrument.

PJSC “RUSSNEFT” Board of Directors advised to pay out the dividends on the preferred stock for 2016 in the amount of $0.40803 per share totaling $40 mln, according to the company. The company does not intend to pay out the dividends on the common stock.
