The governmental committee for fuel and energy included new members as the president of PJSC “Russneft” Evgeny Tolochek, the president of Siberian Business Alliance Holding Company Mikhail Fedyaev, and Gazprom management vice chairman Valery Golubev, according to the order of the government dated March 20, 2017.
PJSC “RussNeft” shareholders not approving the deal on VTB Facility Restructuring did not deliver any request for redemption within the deal, the company reports.
MOSCOW. Following the performance results for the first two month of 2017, PJSC “RussNeft” has expanded its infrastructure construction capital investments 3.3-fold compared to the previous year, having reached 1.641 billion RUB, according to the Company`s press-release.
