PJSC “RUSSNEFT” WARNS OF FRAUDSTERS SELLING OIL PRODUCTS IN EUROPE UNDER THE NAME OF ITS SUBSIDIARY

PJSC “RussNeft” informed about the fraudsters using the names of the Company and its subsidiary OAO Ulyanovskneft for the purpose of oil and oil products sale.

PJSC “RussNeft” informed about the fraudsters using the names of the Company and its subsidiary OAO Ulyanovskneft for the purpose of oil and oil products sale.

The swindlers have circulated commercial offers in the West-European market to supply jet fuel supposedly produced by OAO Ulyanovskneft refinery, the Company’s report says.

According to “RuissNeft”, they have registered a web site of a fake oil company (https://www.ulyanovskneft.ru/) with false information about produced and supplied products indicating specific contact names in fact belonging to OAO Ulyanovskneft.

For its part, PJSC “RussNeft” considers it necessary to reiterate that the exclusive right to execute oil and oil products export transactions belongs to the holding company only, but not to its subsidiaries, the press-release emphasizes.
