A joint educational project with Gubkin University

The implementation of a joint educational project between PJSC “RussNeft” and Gubkin University was launched in 2010. Its main objective was to educate future specialists for the oil and gas industry. As part of the project, the first regional preparatory department (RPD) was opened in Saratov in 2010.

The main objective of the RPD classes is preparation for passing the State Examinations. A serious pre-university training and successful passing of the State Examination, the best students of RPO (currently Regional Preparatory Courses - RPC) allows them to be enrolled to the selected faculties.

Within the framework of the two off-site sessions during the academic year, the children work with the best university lecturers , all expenses for preparation and education were covered by PJSC “RussNeft”.

Currently, the project engages around 70 RPC trainees from Saratov, Ulyanovsk, Tomsk regions and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.
