As part of the charity and sponsorship program, ОАО «Varioganneft», a subsidiary enterprise of ОАО NK «RussNeft», will give support to the Regional Charitable Fund “Hearts for Children”. The principal activity of the Fund is oriented to the assistance for the children suffering from cancer.

Saratov. December, 23 at the kindergarten of sanatorium-health camp “Rovestnik” of OAO “Saratovneftegas” (a subsidiary production enterprise of “RussNeft”) opened winter charity change. More than 100 pupils of Saratov Cadet school № 2 – orphans, patronized, children of military personnel, boys from complete and incomplete families from all Saratov region aged 11-13 – will not only have good rest, but also dedicate their free time for sports training.

Moscow. Moscow. December, 22. INTERFAX-ANI-NK “RUSSNEFT” (RTC: RUSN) refinanced a part of its debt at the rate of LIBOR + 4.5% per annum under the loan of ZAO “UniCredit Bank”. An agreement to that effect was signed in the beginning of December 2011, as said in “RussNeft” report. The signed loan agreement “determines the interest rate guide for potential creditors of the holding”, the statement says. On the whole, in 2011 the Company reduced the amount of the indebtedness by 15% - from US$ 6, 208 billion to US$ 5, 061billion.

Nizhnevartovsk, KhMAO. ОАО MPC «Aganneftegazgeologia» (a subsidiary enterprise of NK «RussNeft») has fulfilled business-plan for 2011 in advance. On December, 17 the production level in the oilfields of the company has risen beyond 1 million 427 thousand 172 tons. The experts of the enterprise predict that by the end of the year on the deposits of ANGG there will be produced about 60 thousand tons of “black gold”.

Raduzhny, KhMAO. In 2011 ОАО «Varioganneft» has successfully implemented the program on well interventions aimed at the enhanced oil recovery in the fields of Variogan oil block. In as little as 11 months, in the fields of ОАО «Varioganneft» and the enterprises, to which the company provides operator’s services, there was carried out 323 well interventions (on the whole, this figure is estimated to be 340 well interventions).
