Nizhnevartovsk region, KhMAO. OAO MPK “Aganneftegasgeologiya” (a subsidiary enterprise of NK “RussNeft”) has implemented software complex “SmartPTT” at Eguryakhskoye oilfield within the frames of realization of the program of providing oilfield with qualitative communication.
Saratov. OAO NK “RussNeft” in 2010 allocated 100 thousand rubles to the development of children’s and youth sport and to sponsor football club “Shturm” at Fedorovsk district of Saratov region.
Khanty-Mansiysk. Oil production at “Aki-Otyr”, a subsidiary enterprise of “RussNeft”, increased in 2010 by 29% and amounted to 1.4 mln. tons, the company informs.
Orenburg. OAO “Orsknefteorgsintez” (ONOS, a subsidiary of NK “RussNeft”) in 2010 increased output of benzines by 5.1% - up to 752.5 thousand tons, said the press-service of the company on Thursday.
Moscow. “RussNeft” agreed on debt restructuring with its key creditors – Sberbank and international trader Glencore. The documents have already been signed. The total amount of restructured loans – is more than $6.2 billion, the company informed. The term of complete payment has been extended till 2020, the new rate on all loans – is 9%.
