Part of the funds for the construction - 20 000 000 rubles - are allocated within the framework of the agreement on social partnership signed between Oil & Gas Company "RussNeft" and the Governmnet of Yugra. Orenburg, October 16, INTERFAX OAO “Orsknefteorgsintez” (subsidiary of Oil and Gas Company “RussNeft” in Orenburg region) increased in September refining of hydrocarbon raw stock 46.5 % as compared to September 2005 – up to 417.7 thousand tons, said press service of the plant.
Ecological safety has always been a spotlight for OAO Saratovneftegaz (which falls within RussNeft’s structure); in 2006 alone the company plans to allocate 25.5 mln. rubles to environmental measures. The company works hard on depreciated pipelines replacement, oil-alime utilization, acres reclamation and environmental impact of production operation minimization.
ZAO GRAND Association which manages a network of gasoline filling stations branded RussNeft plans to issue 3 years’ bond certificates of the first series to the amount of 3 bln rubles, an official report of the company says.
It was a long and difficult way from a primitive makeshift factory to the powerful modern plant with up-to date equipment. The plant experienced both leadership and bankruptcy, introduced new technologies - and numbered among obsolete enterprises. Nowadays Krasnodar Refinery comprised into Oil and Gas Company “RussNeft” is a modern plant with installed refining capacity of 3 million tons of low sulfur oil per year. And though the refinery has never used 100 % of its resources, the production is increasing, said General Director, Valentin Danilets.
The plan for 2006 is 2.16 million tons.
