OAO Oil and Gas Company RussNeft Constructed the Cathedral of Saint Matyr and Healer Pantheleimon in Udmurtia. President of Udmurtia Aleksandr Volkov, President of OAO Oil and Gas Company RussNeft Mikhail Gutseriev, outstanding representatives of public, cultural and religious life of the Republic took part in the ceremony of consecration and inauguration of the Cathedral.

In the second quarter of 2006 OAO Oil and Gas Company RussNeft net profit has increased by 15% against the first quarter and reached the point of 4.190 billion rubles, company report says. During January-March a.c. RussNeft got the net profit of 3.635 billion rubles, having increased the indicator fourfold against the fourth quarter of 2005.

Swiss trading company Glencore is not RussNeft’s largest creditor any longer. Sberbank has started acting as such. Last December it supplied Mikhail Gutseriev’s company $ 1 billion for a number of TNK-BP assets acquisition.
