President of Oil Company RussNeft OAO and Governor of the Saratov region Pavel Ipatov signed today a cooperation agreement for 2006 between the company and the administration of the region, the company’s press-service informed.
In 2006 Oil Company RussNeft OAO will invest RUR900 million in the production programs of the Saratov region, the oil company’s press-service says in a statement.
Rapidly growing RussNeft is going to make its next acquisition in Israel. The company of Mikhail Gutseriev has filed a preliminary application for acquiring a refinery in Ashdod whose cost is assessed as $380-500 million.
OOO "Udmurt National Oil Company" being part of RussNeft has got by auction the right to develop the Zolotaryovsky plot found in Udmurtia and the Kirov oblast, the press-center of the Kirov oblast government said in a statement. “RussNeft has made one-time payment amounting to RUR120 million for the right to develop the field against RUR100 million opening hours price,” the statement says.
