Oil Company RussNeft OAO is ready to pay $100 million to Yukos for 49% stake at Slovakian Pipeline Company Transpetrol, as RussNeft President Mikhail Gutseriev told the Oil Information Agency.
According to him, this sum is justified as it equals the cost value of the stake at the company.
RussNeft to Complete Transpetrol Due Diligence Beginning Next Week
Prague. January 19. Interfax-Europe – Oil Company RussNeft OAO interested in buying the 49 percent stake of Yukos at Slovakian Pipeline Company Transpetrol may complete due diligence of the company in the beginning of the next week, Interfax was informed by Advisor to Slovakian Economics Minister Robert Beno.
