RussNeft intensifying its efforts to train its future employees

PJSC “RussNeft” continues to develop its collaboration with vocational educational institutions to build human resources for the secondary professional education system. For example, the Company's Ulyanovsk branch, in partnership with the Ulyanovsk Railway Transport Technicum, has created a new program to train mid-tier specialists for the region's oil production industry. For its part, RussNeft supported the educational institution by equipping classrooms and providing teaching and demonstration materials for students who begin their studies in oil and gas area in September. The Company plans to sign apprenticeship contracts with students in the new program, offering them opportunities for subsequent employment at the Ulyanovsk branch of RussNeft.
