Young specialists from the Saratov branch of PJSC “RussNeft” presented 10 projects aimed at developing and optimizing production processes at the Scientific and Technical Conference. The competition committee's evaluation criteria included the project's relevance and novelty, quality and depth of research, and economic feasibility. The innovations covered a wide range of topics, from stationary thermal imaging cameras to the control of asphalt, resin, and paraffin deposits. The project "Use of Gland Packing in Line Heater Repair" by Vitaly Sergeev, a repairman in the oilfield equipment and pipeline maintenance group, was recognized as the best. Currently, 82 young specialists work at the Company's Saratov branch. Their participation in the scientific and technical conference demonstrates their creative potential and desire to improve production results.
