PJSC “RussNeft” continues to provide ongoing support to educational institutions for children with disabilities.
The Company’s Ulyanovsk branch regularly assists a special boarding school for children with hearing impairments and speech development issues. The facility houses over 40 students aged 7 to 16 from various districts of the Ulyanovsk region.
This summer, RussNeft helped the specialized institution upgrade its interior to create a comfortable living environment for the hearing-impaired children.
Additionally, in early autumn, the Ulyanovsk branch provided the boarding school with a fuel smart card for use at refuel stations during the 2026–2027 academic year; this will facilitate the safe transport of students to medical facilities, sports competitions, and children's arts festivals, as well as cover the facility's operational needs.
