Saratov. In September the camping “Lili-of –the-Valley” in Varx municipal district will house International Creative School “Volga Rainbow - 2013”. The event will be held as part of the long-term international project “Culture without frontiers”
The founder of the event is the Ministry of Culture of the Saratov region, and the following institution will be its organizers: the regional educational center, culture and cinema department of the Marx municipal district administration, Max Children’s Art school No 1. OAO Saratovneftegas NK RussNeft is the partner in the project. The creative school will be sponsored by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
In 2009 young musicians from Max Children’s Art school No 1 took part in the creative project for the first time. The event were the Saratov children participated was held in the cities of Ottwailer, Merzig, Metlache (Germany).
In September the participants of the international project will be welcomed by the town of Marx, Saratov region. More than 50 young performers from Germany, Czechia, France, Russia (Saratov region) will give concerts in Saratov and Marx.
The ceremony of opening the creative school and the concert of folk instruments from different countries will be housed by the Regional Center for Talented Children Support.
