Aganneftegasgeologiya held the contest “The best in profession”

It involved employees of three oilfields of joint-stock company. Competitions were held on the basis of Chernogorneft oilfield. As Uralinformbureau was told in the press-service of OAO MPK ANNG, the competition of professional skills has become traditional for the multidisciplinary company. The main aim of the event – is to establish corporate standards of labor on the basis of studying and disseminating best practices and cultural production, increase employee’s interest in improvement of professional skills, develop creativity, increase production efficiency and work quality.
The program of review competition consisted of two stages – theoretical and practical. At the theoretical one – the professional competitors demonstrated knowledge of production process, HSE policy. At the practical one – the commission appraised mastership and skills of contestants in carrying out works at production sites.
All contest participants were awarded mementos. Prize winners received gift certificates, diplomas and flowers and the winners also got 10% increase in salaries, which they will receive during the year. Top specialists in nine nominations will stand the honor of OAO MPK Aganneftegasgeologiya at the regional competition of professional skill among Siberian enterprises of NK RussNeft which is traditionally held in August.
