Moscow. ОАО NK «RussNeft» has completed the development and implementation of the corporate Health, Safety and Environment Management System in the Holding and the subsidiaries, incorporated in the Company’s structure. The conformity of the Management System with the international standards ISO 14001: 2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 is confirmed by the certificates that have been awarded by the official certification center BUREAU VERITAS Certification Russia.
Works for the development of corporate Management System have been carried out in ОАО NK «RussNeft» for several years. During this time there was carried out full analysis of the existing Health, Safety and Environment Management System, as well as given an assessment of the environmental and industrial risks of the Company. There have been worked out corporate documents of the Management System, carried out trainings for the top and middle managers, as well as for the personnel of the subsidiaries. There were implemented measures to improve working conditions of the employees and to prevent occupational injuries and diseases. There have been conducted internal audits during which all identified weaknesses were eliminated.
ОАО NK «RussNeft» considers implementation of the corporate Health, Safety and Environment Management System to be one of the most important elements of making successful business. Obtaining of ISO 14001: 2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certificates of conformity is a strong confirmation of efficiency of the corporate System.
