Saratov. Today in the city of Saratov at at the basis of OAO “Saratovneftegas”, a subsidiary of OAO NK “RussNeft”, OAO NK “RussNeft” and the Russian State Oil and Gas University named after Gubkin started a joint project in the field of education. Within the frames of the project there was opened a regional preparation department (RPD) for future University entrants. .
Thus, more than 30 senior pupils of the schools of the Saratov and Ulianovsk regions – the territories of business activity of a number of the Company’s subsidiaries - became the students of the RPD. They will be taught at the regional preparation department by the teachers of the Russian State Oil and Gas University named after I.M.Gubkin. Special educational programs provide two sets of examination at the base in Saratov in 2010-2011 and serious distance self-studying for the entrants, controlled by the teachers. Studying at the RPD will enable the learners to prepare with maximal efficiency for Integrated State Examination at school and further entering the Russian State Oil and Gas University named after Gubkin.
Opening of the RPD is another important stage of implementation of the Holding’s program of training young qualified specialists who in future will be really called-for at the plants of the holding and of the industry as a whole.
