Ulyanovsk. OAO Ulyanovskneft, OAO NK RussNeft subsidiary, continues installing the new equipment at the oil-producing facilities.

ESPs with intensified inconel shaft are used at the wells of Novobesovskoye, Zapadnoye and Vishenskoye fields. It is one of the most high-tensile oxidation and corrosion resistant alloys making it necessary to produce equipment within the biocenosis at the oilfields of Ulyanovsk region.
4 such units have been in operation at the moment, two additional pumps will be submersed into the wells of Birlinskoye and Verkhozimskoye fields in the nearest time.
Tubing with internal Majorpack anticorrosion coating was installed in well 23 of Verkhnezimskoye field. This equipment is aimed at decrease of failures related to internal tubing corrosion. Apart from that mean time to failure is expected to be increased by approximately two times.
ESP unit with anticorrosion coating is going to be installed at the well stock subject to corrosion.
Execution of these activities will allow the oilmen of Ulyanovsk reaching 450 days of mean time to failure at all the well stock with artificial lift.
Further improvement of oilfield equipment will develop the engineering infrastructure at the field of OAO Ulyanovskneft and will allow making oil production more efficient.
