Saratov. Within its charitable program OAO Saratovneftegaz, OAO NK RussNeft subsidiary, granted bicycles to Zhar-Ptitsa kindergarten in Volzhsky region of Saratov on the eve of the Day of Russia. 30 new two-wheels and three wheels bicycles and scooters were included into its stock.
With the donation from the oilmen the children at the major educational facility can not only diverse the sports and leisure activities but also practice the traffic rules. Special bicycle station was taken into account by the project on the territory of the kindergarten.
Construction of a unique Zhar-Ptitsa kindergarten which houses 320 children in Yubileyny village became the most significant project implemented in Saratov sponsored by OAO NK RussNeft with the aim of development of social infrastructure of the regional center. It contributed to reducing social tensions related to the shortage of the places in the preparatory institutions of the city. Construction of the kindergarten and equipment purchase became possible with the resolution of Mikhail Gutseriev, the President of the Company, to allocate 190 mln rubles to implement one of the most important social initiatives of the administration of Saratov region.
OAO NK RussNeft and its subsidiary OAO Saratovneftegaz regularly perform charitable activity in the regions of its operations. Significant financial donations are made to many social objects traditionally suffering from the shortages of budget assignations. Among them are hospitals, sports clubs, culture centers, educational institutions.
