OAO Varyoganneft continues introduction of the road traffic satellite internet-monitoring system

Raduzhniy, KhMAO. OAO Varyoganneft, subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft, continues to introduce the road traffic satellite internet-monitoring system. The company allocated over 6 mln rubles for implementation of the program.

The satellite monitoring system allows online monitoring of the main parameters of the automobile operation: speed and speeding, fuel consumption and remaining fuel, operating time and compliance of the driver with the work-rest distribution, deviation from the set route.

The special equipment, operating based on GLONASS/GPS, was installed on 200 automobiles of OAO Varyoganneft and its services subsidiaries OOO UTT, OOO Ina-Neftetrans. At first, the system was installed on the passenger transport and hazardous and oversized cargo transport, according to the press-service of the company.

Introduction of the system has already allowed the company to optimize the operation of the road transport and reduce the corruption risks. For instance, the average daily mileage of an automobile reduced by 18% and the fuel consumption decreased by 10%. The satellite internet-monitoring equipment will be installed on each new automobile of the company.
