Initiation of graduates into oilmen in Varioganneft

Raduzhny, KhMAO. OAO Varioganneft, subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft, held a ceremony of initiation of young specialists into oilmen on the eve of the Day of oil, gas and fuel industry. The graduates received Oilman Certificates and swore the “Oath of a Young Specialist”.

This traditional event is held by the company every year, OAO Varioganneft press-service reports.

Engaging and professional upgrade of young specialists is a priority of Varioganneft’s HR policy. Every year, the company employs young specialists – graduates from universities and colleges. 15 young people have already been employed by Varioganneft this year, and 5 more graduates are expected. They are the future of the company and they will follow the traditions. Currently, there are 54 employees in the Board of young specialists, and people under 35 represent more than 33% of the company’s personnel.

OAO Varioganneft actively supports eduction of the young specialists’ potential and development of their foreground professional skills and expertise. Therefore, the company encourages the young specialists’ aspiration for professional growth and helps them to participate in various competitions and contests allowing to enhance the personnel qualification.
