“The Best in the Occupation” contest started at OAO Belkamneft

This year  about 200 employees, representing main trades in 20 nominations are participating in  the contest. The main criteria of evaluation are: time and  quality of work, faultless work, compliance with labor protection rules. Traditionally, the contest tasks consist of two parts – theory and practice. All the tasks shall be performed at the production sites of Oil and Gas Production Department-1 and Oil and Gas Production Department-2 of OAO Belkamneft.
The contest of professional skill is held annually, in order to raise the prestige of the trades, to reveal the best workers of the company and to propagate advanced and safe work methods. It is on these people that reliable, smooth and stable functioning of an oil producing company depends. The winners of the contest will receive testimonials and monthly increases in salary as well as the hance to represent Belkamneft at OAO NK RussNeft professional skill contest held among the companies of the Volga-Urals region.
