Nizhnevartovsk region, KhMAO. Academic Art Festival “To you, my homeland, I dedicate my muses of inspiration” took place in Izluchinsk with financial support from OAO MPK Aganneftegazgeologia (subsidiary of NK RussNeft).
The cultural event is intended to coincide with the 85th anniversary of Nizhnevartovsk region.
According to communication from OAO MPK ANGG to Uralinformburo, the Festival was participated by the best students and teachers from children art schools from ten localities of the region. Almost one hundred participants of the Festival performed in fourteen nominations. Artistic skills of the young talents and their tutors were assessed by the teachers of Surgut musical college and known artists.
More than a half of the Festival participants received various awards. The best musical students performed at the final gala concert. They were students of Novoyugansk children art school (given the biggest number of awards), students of Izluchinsk art school named after Livn, students and teachers of Vakhovsk art school and others.
Support to cultural events in Nizhnevartovsk region is a priority of OAO MPK Aganneftegazgeologia social policy. Due to the charitable and social-economic programs of the company, additional funding is regularly allocated to various educational and cultural institutions of Novoyugansk, Variogan, Zaitseva Rechka. Over 4 million rubles were allocated by the company for such purposes in 2012.
