Khanty-Mansiysk. OAO NAK AKI-OTYR, subsidiary of RussNeft holding, has allocated over 10 million rubles for implementation of the corporate social programs for the 6 months of 2012. The funds were assigned to ensure guaranties and compensations of the social packages including the additional benefits provided for by the Collective Agreement of OAO NAK AKI-OTYR.
On annual basis, the company compensates kindergarten expenses, gives requested material aids and various social one-time aids. Employees and their children may study with 50% reimbursement of the expenses and non-working retired pensioners are supported with additional payments to their pensions. Expenses to subsidize free food to the field employees doubled against last year and will be over 2 million rubles.
One of the principal tasks of the company’s social policy is the health promotion for the personnel and their family members. 48 people have already stayed in recreation resorts of Russia since the beginning of the Summer season. Around 2.7 million rubles were spent for the recreation and travel expenses to the resorts. Employees of OAO NAK AKI-OTYR have also access to sport gyms, skating rink, swimming pool for maintaining their physical shape all-year-round. The company also undertakes rent of the sport facilities. Much funds are allocated for the Private Health Services Plans including dentistry.
Implementation of the social programs in OAO NAK AKI-OTYR addressed to ensure the social protection of the employees and their family members will be continued in 2012.
