The awarding ceremony was held in the city of Bethlehem within the frames of opening of the Russian Center for Science and Culture built with the support of the Russian businessman. The award is the evidence of Mikhail Gutseriev’s merits in the sphere of strengthening of cultural interrelation of the two peoples, development of a wide social dialog.
