Ulyanovsk. HR management is developed and approved in ОАО Ulyanovskneft, a subsidiary enterprise of ОАО NK RussNeft. Its implementation was conditioned by the necessity to improve the recruitment system, providing effective work of the Subsidiary.

The priority of ОАО Ulyanovskneft HR management is creating an atmosphere of hospitability, mutual respect and cooperation; development of an effective employee incentive program; providing staff training and development opportunities; improving social welfare of employees; recruitment and promotion of young professionals; formation and support of corporate culture.
HR management provides for the implementation of staff training program and corporate social programs. In 2011 for training of employees there was spent more than 11 million rubles from the federal fund under the program of advanced training and about 1.2 million rubles from own funds. Besides, for social programs there were channeled more than 35 million rubles. Being a socially responsible employer, OAO Ulyanovskneft intends to keep the status of the prestigious and interesting place of employment, a source of new ideas and technologies, cohesive group of like-minded professionals.
