Izhevsk. OAO Belkamneft, a subsidiary enterprise of OAO NK RussNeft, held the first forum of young specialists.
Its participants were more than two hundred young specialists of Ural block of enterprises of OAO NK Russneft. General Director of OAO Belkamneft Yury Fedorov and Deputy Prime Minister of UR Ildar Bikbulatov addressed young oilmen at the Forum. Members of the forum discussed topical questions of development of social and youth policy of the Company, debriefed the activity report of the Council of young specialists and adopted a plan of work for the year 2012.
The Forum noted that holding such activities contributed to the involvement of creative and intellectual potential of young people in solving actual business and social issues. The Forum was completed with Maslenitsa celebrations with games, competitions and traditional pancakes.
