In 2011 "RussNeft" is going to increase production costs by 44% - to $481 million

Moscow. In 2011 "RussNeft", which is among the top ten largest Russian oil companies, is going to increase its capital investments in field production by 44% - to 481 million dollars, as it follows from the report of the Company.

"The volume of capital investments in field production will make (in 2011 - ed.) 481 million dollars, which exceeds similar indexes of the previous year by 147 million dollars. That said, the major areas of investments will be the maintenance of the program of intensive drilling, and also accompanying infrastructure development of the oilfields”, - the report says.
Capital expenditures of "RussNeft" in 2010 made 347 million dollars, that is by 53,1% more than in 2009.
Capital expenditures connected with the production grew from 213 million dollars in 2009 to 334 million dollars last year. Capital expenditures for processing made 11 million dollars against 12 million dollars in 2009.
The growth of total capital expenditures is connected with the increase of drilling new wells, as it is explained by the Company.
