Nizhnevartovski District, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. More than 34 million rubles was assigned by subsidiaries of NK “RussNeft” – OAO MPC “Aganneftegasgeologia”, JV “Chernogorskoye”, ST ZAO “Goloil”and OAO “Mokhtikneft” to implementation of personnel social support program within the frames of collective agreement in 2010.
According to the information received by the agency “Tyumenskaya Linia” from the press-sevice of OAO MPC “ANGG” 9 million rubles was spent for implementation of voluntary health insurance program. In 2010 funds were also assigned to health-resort treatment for employees and their family members, to arrangement of summer vacations for children.
The Nizhnevartovsk enterprises of NK “RussNeft” assigned more than 3 million rubles for social payments. The money was assigned for material support in connection with weddings, child births etc. Monthly maternity leave provisions were paid to young mothers. The employees called up for military service were paid the allowances. About 3 million rubles was spent for compensation for reduced prices in the canteens at oilfields. Retired employees were not forgot either. They received financial support on the International Elder People Day, the New Year and Christmas.
In 2011 the enterprises of OAO “Aganneftegasgeologia” JV “Chernogorskoye”, ST ZAO “Goloil”and OAO “Mokhtikneft” are going to continue to implement personnel social support programs. The package of social benefits will be kept within the same volume as before.
