The debut bond issue of "Russneft" includes 7 million securities at principal value of 1 thousand Rubles. It was given the state registration number 4-01-39134-Н dated November 24, 2005. The circulation period - 5 years. On the bond issue there's provided semi-annual coupon payment. The annual interest rate of the first - sixth coupons makes 9.25%, of the seventh and eigth - 12%, of the ninth and tenth - is determined by the issuer. Alfa-Bank is the sponsor.
