Vneshtorgbank and RussNeft to Have Signed Cooperation Agreement.

According to the press-release, the cooperation shall cover several spheres including packaged bank services for the Company; formation of short-term credits to back its current activities; financial provision of import operations related to purchase of equipment; improvement and development of external and internal settlements system.
In the framework of the signed agreement it is planned that Vneshtorgbank shall take part in accomplishing current and strategic goals of Russneft, the press-release informs.
NK RussNeft OAO is a vertically integrated oil holding company placed among the 10 biggest oil and gas companies of this country. Russneft consists of 25 producing, refining and transportation companies, it also includes a retail network of petrol stations found in 13 regions of Russia and CIS.
