According to the Fuel and Energy Complex Central Dispatcher Board, beginning from April Russneft has been controlling the production of Multitype Company Aganneftegasgeologiya and Tomskaya Neft ZAO. A source close to the deal informed that Russneft had applied to the FAS but no permission to buy these companies has been given.
