Today, May 5, RussNeft President Mikhail Gutseriev is coming to the Penza region on a one-day business visit. As REGNUM correspondent was informed by the press-center of the regional government, M.Gutseriev and Governor Vasily Bochkaryov are to discuss a number of issues on future development of the Penza region oil industry. RussNeft is made up by 25 producing companies in regions of Siberia, Povolzhie, including the Penza region. During the last year the oil output of this company reached a level of 10 million tons.
