According to the Law of Russian Federation, the company has an emergency prevention and response crew. Civil Defense and Emergency Response squad of OAO MPK ANGG is a full-time operating body in charge of the crew which is responsible to protect the population and the land from emergency situations. The main duty of the crew is to coordinate the emergency prevention and response activities and maintain their everyday readiness.
The company’s emergency response personnel includes outsourced and professional rescue teams as well as forces and means of the organizations located near the company’s operation facilities.
The outsourced rescue teams operate at all the oil fields of the company. They are equipped with the required materials, instruments and medicines. Professional rescue teams were contracted and emergency response actions were coordinated with the “neighbours”.
The emergency prevention and response crew of OAO MPK Aganneftegazgeologia is an integral part of the general emergency prevention and response system of RussNeft and the general governmental emergency prevention and response system for the Fuel and Power Complex facilities. The scheduled and targeted work of the company in the emergency prevention and response area contributes into a better reliability of the oil production industry of the country.
