ONCE AGAIN FC NEFTYANIK IS THE INTERREGIONAL TOURNAMENT LEADER

FC Neftyanik sponsored by the Company (Novospasskoye workers’ settlement, Ulyanovsk region) showed successful results in the regional and interregional football competitions.

The FC players became absolute leaders in the football tournament in memory of S.A. Sokolov, among 6 other teams from Ulyanovsk and Samara regions. Gilman Gafurov from Neftyanik became the best scorer (10 goals) of the above competition held in March.

At the end of March, Motor sports center, Ulyanovsk, hosted “Spring Cup” regional competition in indoor football among the girls. Female players from Neftyanik won the 1st place and proved again that they are the best in Ulyanovsk region.

FC Neftyanik was founded in 2003 in Novospasskoye worker`s settlement with support of PJSC RussNeft`s founder and owner Mikhail Gutseriev. For more than 15 years now, RussNeft has provided sponsorship to the Club. More than 200 children of Novospassky district aged 7 to 17, many of whom are the children of employees of OAO Ulyanovskneft, a subsidiary of the Company, practice in the Club. Today it is the only club in the region, where training sessions, outfitting, sports equipment, and participation in all competitions are complimentary for the trainees.

The young football players have repeatedly become winners and medalists in regional, All-Russia and international tournaments.

RussNeft supported the "Science Volunteers" educational intensive for schoolchildren in Saratov.

The educational intensive "Science Volunteers: Unmanned Aircraft Systems in the Modern World" was held at the Rovesnik Children's Health Center in Saratov. PJSC “RussNeft” acted as a partner for the event, according to the company's press service.

RussNeft reported on developing cooperation with educational institutions in the Ulyanovsk region.

The company's Ulyanovsk branch shared its experience in organizing systematic work with students from universities and colleges in the region. During regular meetings, students are introduced to the company's structure, employment conditions, and existing support measures for young professionals.
